Give Goals to Your Network Marketing Business

Too often people join a network marketing business after a few months then quit. No matter how successful their sponsor is, or no matter how much their sponsor wants to help them succeed, they will simply give up.

Does this sound familiar? I too made those mistakes years ago. However, I belief I can be successful in network marketing business, and I continued on the journey. One thing I've learned that's really important and keeps me on the track is to set goals for myself to achieve.

Through the journey to financial freedom, and read through successful people's biography, I learned that: == Other than pure determination to success and, A desire to see my dream happen, == I need goals!

To achieve my dream of financial freedom through network marketing business, I need to learn everyday. I also need to incorporate what I have learned into my business activity planning sheet.

Therefore, my goals are now: 1. Schedule at 30 minutes everyday reading Affiliate Mastery Course, and Intl Association of Home Business Entrepreneurs to add values to myself. (These two courses are my greatest learning source on all about home-business and affiliate programs) 2. 30 minutes to 60 minutes on web site building (own personal website is the essential for success on the internet!!) 3. 30 minutes to 60 minutes revising my goals and visualize my dreams (to help myself moving forwards and add faith)

You may be wondering: You call that Goal Setting? It seems more like a plan of attach than goals!

Well, it is what I call part of goal setting! You see, even though I may have a lot of goals, but without the above steps, goals will only be goals and will never be my reality! I want my goals to be my new reality. I believe that it's also what you want too. We need our goal to be our new reality!

Also, doing the above wasn't easy either. Soon, I find it boring, and want to start a new goal setting again! I'm telling you, I've done that a number of times in the past, and every time I change my goal setting, the time taken to reach my goal has lengthened. That is no good! I need to stick with my goal setting until I reach my goal. Then is when I can add or change my goal settings. Not easy.

Friends, let's say that your goal is to earn $300 of residual income after first 6 months of working with your network marketing company. Then you want to earn $500-$700 per month after the initial 6 months. And so on.

What you will need to do is: 1.Contact your sponsor, let them help you! If this can't be the case, that's okay, because with determination we can still make it!

2.Know your company's compensation plan. This is where your residual income comes from.

3.Find out by asking or read company's data to know how many people you need for the month to reach your goal.

4.Say your goal is to have $300 a month. You need 7 people a month.Now you need to know what ads, how many ads you needed to Generate 7 people per month! So start doing your home work my friend.

5.By now, you will now what to do, and where to go! You set your own Plans.

The reason why I set my goal to be that is simply this, I want to educate myself. I want to learn, so I can teach! I build my website primarily to teach! I let my website be an educational source for anyone who needs or wants to know about network marketing. I confirm my goals, because I don't want regrets! I visualize my dreams because I want to feel what I will feel when my goal becomes my new reality!

So friends, Begin your journey now. Grow your dream, set goals to achieve your dream. Oh! And don't forget to share with me your process; I'm sure your story will be a very exciting one!
